Explain
This chair was reimagined to support the ritual of running. Legs were shortened and sanded to create the perfect height for lacing shoes, while a smooth, continuous shape evokes calm and flow. Painted green to mirror forest landscapes, it connects the runner to nature. A hook on the top corner allows shoes to dry, blending practical function with quiet reflection. The piece embodies the liminal space that bookends every run - the moments of preparation and completion that are as meaningful as the run itself.
