The Night Owl is a Nike casual shoe inspired by the four years in Chicago. Working long hours, pulling all-nighters for school, and 4 AM bars.
The all black color-way and subtle use of logo to be suitable for work and to wear to go out. Using different materials; suede, canvas, flyknit, and rubber to create a aesthetic pleasing feel, yet that is durable for the Chicago weather. The bottom of the shoe gives the shoe a different feel that can only be seen when looking under the shoe. The bright orange color meaning creativity, warmth, and determination inspired by being in the design program at University of Illinois at Chicago. The Chicago rail lines displayed on the bottom of the shoe from the daily travel to work, school, and home.
